Day 1: Friday

This Mind Body Balance Retreat is catered for a min of 4 people and max of 8 people to ensure you have sufficient space and quiet time during your stay. We also practice Noble Silence and Digital Unplug Detox each day.

Mind Body Balance Retreat Price Options (estimated range)

1 Bed in 4 Beds Room: US$ 650-750 per person

1 Bed in Twin Bed Room: US$ 700-800 per person

Single Occupancy in Double Bed Room US$ 750-850 per person

2 Persons Occupancy in Double Bed Room US$ 1,450-1,550 per room, US$ 775 per person

Final price will be confirmed once we are clear with the COVID-19 impacts on both sides.

What is included: 1o1 personalised consultation and heart compass counselling session, healthy and home made vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), 2 nights accommodation, half day excursion tour, Ayurveda tea set, water for refill, lemon water, snacks, towels, organic body wash and shampoo

What is excluded: your return airfares, transportation from and to airport (can be arranged directly with retreat center with a fee), personal travel insurance, Ayurveda Massage (can be booked upon request for your free time activity), and any other personal necessity
