Peak Experience
Spring is here.
This picture was taken in 2017 when I travelled on my own to Philippine for Christmas. I was stuck in the island, in the middle of ocean, due to Typhoon. But it was one of the most unforgettable experience when I was seeing fishes underneath my sea shala. I just started teaching Ayurveda Yoga and took Yoga pics everywhere I travelled. This is one of my selfie.
Story telling... I am meeting new people at my new workplace everyday and it’s quite often I have to introduce myself and share about my story. I noticed myself trying to say the same story which is actually not quite truthful to my heart. I wondered why I chose that story instead of the other version? The truth is I had an amazing year of awakening and self practice in 2020 and I could even say last year was one of my best year when I broke a lot of my patterns and stepped out for myself. The clarity came from that was enormous. Going back to office job is also so exciting and familiar but I am already a different person.
