Our Venue: a 100 year old Lamma Organic Farm and Restaurant

Direction

There is no sign of indication of the farm in Lamma. The easiest way is to locate by Google map. Search via google map of the Restaurant on the Hill on Lamma, https://goo.gl/maps/DbtAgfLEEmzW8C4g9

Once you arrive the YSW ferry pier, keep walking towards the main street, following the sign to Hung Shing Yeh Wan beach or Lamma Winds. It’s a 20-25 min walk roughly from the pier.

Once you arrive the Lamma Winds Sign on the way to the beach, Turn left to walk uphill

After 3 mins, you will see the restaurant/ farm on your right
Enter from the first gate up

What to Bring:

Your own mat, water bottle (water refill is available on the farm), bug spray and a m-sized towel if you have weak knees

If you wish to buy fresh vegetables from the farm, please bring cash 😉

Breakfast: Simple vegetarian food cooked in old farm Chinese Hong Kong style. (Rice noodles, vegetables and hot tea) If you cannot consume eggs (vegan diet), please notify us.

Prep for Yoga:

No food consumption 2hours before the class at least. Notify if you have any injuries, conditions that will hinder your movements.

The yoga style is called Ayurveda Yoga. You can feel free take this online quiz to find out your body type before the class to get a better understanding. YOUR BODY TYPE

Social Distancing: Each mat is spaced out at least 1M apart and we practice outdoors in the patio under shades in the farm

Cancellation:

The event will be automatically cancelled if T8, Black Rains is hoisted 2hrs before the event. A refund or your choice of a rescheduled date will be arranged accordingly. The tickets are non-refundable if no shows or cancellation from your side.
