We have been there. We have pushed ourselves hard enough to achieve our family, partners, friends, colleagues, schools and society’s views of success. But are you feeling happy? And what is it really in all these pursuits for you?
Hereby we encourage you to make time for yourselves to go within and find your balance to happiness.
Ancient Wisdoms for Modern World
All our retreats include below elements to help you begin your journey. They are proven effective and powerful based on direct experiences and modern scientific references.
Ayurveda

The retreat program is wholeheartedly design based on Ancient Ayurveda principles and place a strong focus to pacify excessive Vata (Esther + Air) in your body. Vata is the most common and easily out-of-whack dosha that creates uncertainty about future, fear and anxiety.
Meditation

The meditation is a must-have in our retreat program. We will guide you through various type of guided, lying and silent meditations. This is one of the most powerful and effective tools for you to create peace and harmony with life that we will help you cultivate so you can practice at home.
Self Awareness

We encourage you to take this time to go within and connect with yourself. We will practice Noble Silence and Digital Detox so you will have sufficient quiet time to reflect and rest. We also include self-awareness activities in the retreat program to support you on your self discovery journey.
Yoga Therapy

We include Ayurveda Yoga Therapy that suits all level, including Yoga beginners. Yoga means “Union” that connect us with ourselves. We practice easy and restorative Yoga poses with some Chi movements to release your blockages.
Personal Consultation

We offer high touch 1o1 individual consultation to understand your motives and current challenges as needed. We create a safe space for you to share and eventually find your answers to your root causes of imbalances.
Breathing Exercise

Pranayama, so called Yogi Breath, is a type of healing method to treat diseases and mental imbalances for thousands of years. We will guide you with simple and suitable techniques to help calm and tone your body and minds.

First act of love is to breathe in and go home to your body. To be aware of your body is the beginning of self love. When mind goes home to the body, the mind and body are established in the here and the now.
